Our desired outcomes are a workplace where everyone upholds the Woodward Group of Companies vision and values and workplace where incidents and accidents that could harm people or the environment will not occur; a workplace where all employees and management demonstrate personal commitment to operational excellence.
We aim for a safe and reliable operation where all risks that could compromise the health and safety of workers or the environment are identified and managed. We will meet all regulated standards for health, safety and environment performances as the minimum expectation.
We are always seeking a better /safer way of doing business; some of our initiatives include
- ISO Certifications which shows that we meet or exceed all operations guiding principles.
- Having Occupational Health and Safety committees/representatives in all areas where our employees have a continuous voice in health and safety
- Ensure training takes place such as First Aid, TDG, Confined Space, etc.
- Ensuring Risk Assessments and Practices & Procedures are a day to day essential part of our organization.
