Ensure that you retain your login information . Password must be 7 characters (can be any combination of letters and numbers). If you have login info from the old system, use the same email and keyword to allow you to view all your history. In order to change a reservation you will need to contact a reservation agent and will be required to confirm your info. This is to prevent unauthorized persons from making changes to your bookings.

If you have a NL Gov account include the authorization code in your profile. This code is assigned by LMI and IS NOT your account number. It is required to charge to your account
